Workflow techno logy is a comp uter form of the bus iness process, it has carriedon the abstract definition to the entire business process of the activities and the linksbetween each activity executives processing tasks, activities and activity exec utionrule. Thro ugh the application of workflow technolo gy can make the enterprise achievebusiness integration and improve the effic iency o f business ma nage ment.This paper isbased on the theoretica l and practica l study about the te lecom e nterprise operationmanagement system of a telecom operators in Guangdong.First this paper discussed the workflow ma nage ment syste m, inc lud ing areference model o f workflow mana ge ment syste m, the function o f workflow s ystem,and workflow engine whic h is the core of workflow mana ge ment syste m, the n use theopen source workflow JBPM as the research object, from s ystem architecture, processscheduling and service interface several aspects of in-depth ana lys is on the JBPM,and found it is not fle xib le to support for do mestic localizat ion bus iness processes,such as common regressio n functiona lity in domestic bus iness process. Besides, inJBPM, the way to dispatch Tasks is designed for developers and not for bus inesspeople. For the above problems, this paper made the following improvement:To improved the regressio n functiona lity o f process,Based on Ana lys is o f theregression proble ms in severa l typ ica l scenarios, this paper put forward a solution:first we need to judge the current activity type and according to different type to adoptcorrespond ing strategies to stop the current activity, then make the process back to theprevious activity by create a new flow path between the currrent activity and pursposeactivity. This progra m improves the process running fle xibility and meet the changingbusiness needs.Through the further research and analys is, this paper proposed to thesolutio n which improves the functiona lity of workflow task assignme nt. In JBPM, it ishard for us to achieve the corresponding tasks assignment c lass for each activity, atthe sa me time, all task assignme nt classes will be redesigned When Bus iness processneeds changed. Aiming at these defic ienc ies, the artic le puts forward the solution:created a new unified task assignme nt c lass and built exec utor pool for every activityin the process,then designed competition, ba lanced, rando m, polling four assignme ntmode.When the process executes to an activity, we can get the corresponding executorfro m executor pool according to the dispatch mode of the activitiy, then we shouldass ign the task to the executor and process will continue to execute down after the current activity is performed. The improved dispatch scheme reduces the amount ofcode changes due to changes in bus iness and achieves the rapid configuration o f thetask.At last, the improved JBPM workflow syste m is applied to the telecom enterpr iseoperation mana geme nt syste m. this paper rea lized the centralized mana ge ment of theenterprise business processes and supporting.
