The Design And Implementation Of A New Broadcast Media Resource System Oriented Pan-network Applications

In order to adapt to the digital network broadcasting network trend, how to integration of internal and external resources, rely on scientific and technological innovation, build high quality and efficiency, open integration, resource sharing Media Resource System, is a severe practical problem placed in front of broadcasters.Ningbo People’s Broadcasting Station has accumulated a huge number of audio and video data in the nearly60years of development, many of them is valuable data with special historical and cultural value. Nowadays, NPBS accumulation massive digital media assets with the application of efficient digital editing broadcast and the demand of show innovation. But these precious historical material and the massive digital media assets are in a "sleep" state, so this artical design and implement an oriented pan-network applications of the new Broadcast Media Resoure System which based on Centered Broadcast Media Resoure System and combined with Producation Broadcast Media Resoure System. The thesis is as follows:(1) The system implement field-level real-time broadcast call between the broadcast system and BMRS by heterogeneous middle database and XML standard interfaces file technology.(2) The system propose and achieve the personalized intelligent broadcasting application based on detailed media asset cataloging.(3) The system implement oriented pan-network applications through intelligent data migration mechanism.The system has been operational, and it is security, stability, good reliability, in two years, achieved the design goal, made a good effect.
