Intelligent space is a human-computer interactive system,which integrates users,environment,equipment and services.The realization of the intelligent space is limited by interactive barriers among heterogeneous devices,limited resources of intelligent devices,the lack of initiative service modes and effective means to utilize resources.An intelligent space service framework is set up by the REST style micro service technology,state machine device driven technology,and XMPP information pushing technology.Based on the framework above,the main research contents and innovations are as follows.(1)An intelligent service rules extraction and execution method based on fuzzy rough set silent is proposed to realize the personalized rule based reasoning production service.Firstly,the historical user data are expressed as state table by table driven state machine;In addition,user service rules are extracted by fuzzy rough sets theory;Again,the binary bat algorithm(BBA)is used to heuristic rules reduction,and improved by modifying bat position update strategy;Finally,the rules engine based on Rete algorithm is improved and used to activate the production rule to realize the harmonious user personalized service.Experimental results show that the rules are extracted fast and accurately without user intervention actively,and improved the comfort of the intelligent space services.(2)A location tracking algorithm based on cloud model is proposed to reduce the energy consumption.Firstly,to solve the energy over cost problem of wireless sensor network,a user's moving trajectory predicting method is proposed to the for activating-sleeping sensors intelligently to reduce the energy consumption;Secondly,the Cloud Model is used to describe the characteristics of users' movements and predict their displacement sequence;Again,a incremental iteration method is proposed to reduce the calculation;Finally,the user position is calculated by the centroid location method.Experimental results show that the algorithm effectively reduces the energy consumption,improves the system tracking performance and achieves energy saving.(3)A Quality of Service(QoS)guarantee fast service selection algorithm based on improved Artificial Bee Colony(ABC)algorithm is proposed for user personalized complex combination services,which can effectively improve the search speed and accuracy of intelligent space composite services.Firstly,the service selection problemis abstracted as an integer programming problem,and the user satisfaction is calculated by QoS index.Meanwhile a penalty factor is used to transform the multi-objective optimization problem into a single objective optimization.Secondly,ABC algorithm is used to solve the combinatorial explosion problem in service composition optimization.Again,a cross-selection factor is proposed and its updating strategy is discussed to improve the convergence speed and accuracy.Finally,the algorithm convergence is analyzed,and the algorithm steps are give.Experimental results show that this algorithm can effectively improve the search speed and accuracy,which improves the user satisfaction of combined services.Finally,the research is applied into smart home and intelligent pension community,conducting some relevant examples.Experimental results show that it makes contributions for smart home and smart community to enter people's lives,providing an effective support platform for the research of intelligent space.
