Design And Implementation Of Student Internship Management System In Vocational Colleges

With the presence of such a huge managerial job, the real-time tracking, managing and instruction of students'internship now have become the main concern of the school authority.The subject aims to design an internship management system, which is to make a statistic analysis of messages received from data delivery and communication by means of computers and mobile phones. There are some traditional intern management systems such as telephone contact, and information transmission by internet. The former is considered time-consuming while the latter mainly focus on the static management and passive reflection of interns'information so that it can not make dynamic management or carry out real-time quality control of interns. The internship management system, on one hand, can help teachers inform students in time; on the other hand, can help count and analyze replied message from students.The subject adopts Powerbuild 9.0 as software development tool, technology of PFC, Microsoft SQL SERVER as database server, C/S model and CDMA Modem (a technology of messaging). It has designed internship management system which can bring lots of convenience to students when replying messages in accordance to fixed message format. After receiving messages from students, the system is able to identify automatically the message form and go on a further combination and statistic work if the message form is correct. With the introduction of internship management system, teachers can keep abreast of students'latest details and offer them necessary instruction and employment information. The final test indicates that with the reliable operation, steady performance and clear interface, the system can raise working efficiency on intern management, thus make it more regulatory, convenient and flexible.
