Currently, vocational quality formative education of university student has been the first core mission. It is active demand and inevitable choice for higher professional education reformation and development progress to scientifically and effectively strengthen process evaluation of vocational quality, meanwhile, to come up with an vocational quality evaluation system which integrates thought, enjoyment and interaction in a whole. Bank of Vocational Quality for the university student is a new idea. It simulates commercial bank’s functional characteristics and quantifies student’s vocational quality by virtual currency to realize wealth management in the style of on-line bank. This is meaningful, revolutionary and innovative for higher professional student’s vocational quality education.The paper researches on this issue. By designing and developing Bank of Vocational Quality, the role of student transforms to client. Student can manage self vocational ethics, vocational capacity and vocational personality via on-line bank to demonstrate comprehensive career growth and development experience. The main work and outcomes of this paper are:Firstly, propose the concept of Bank of Vocational Quality. By means of simulating bank’s business function and characteristics, client’s vocational qualities such as vocational ethics, vocational capacity and vocational personality are transformed to quality currency and are deposited in bank. This activity realizes quantitative management of student’s vocational quality, changes traditional student quality evaluation mode, and strengthens vocational quality formative education’s procedure, enjoyment and effectiveness.Secondly, effectively analyze the system’s business requirements and initiatively establish bank deposit styles and clauses configuration standards. Carry out object-oriented use case analysis, system business function description, and system business conduct flow design according to functional requirements of the roles of bank manager, operator of deposit& withdraw department, operator of financial management department and clients. This activity provides top-level design and development preparation for system conduct.Thirdly, analyze the system’s core architecture in terms of three-level B/S system architecture and effective inter-level process access analysis. It can achieve the levels’mutual independence for system user interaction of Bank of Vocational Quality, system business logic achievement and data access. In addition, it builds good basis of system upgrade and maintenance.Fourthly, achieve data structure design, function module design, UI design and code conducting of the system of Bank of Vocational Quality. On the basis of the role of bank and client, back-stage management subsystem and personal on-line bank management sub system are developed which effectively manages role, realizes function customization, adopts strategic management of deposit&withdraw, financial and client grade set, and finally increases client’s operating initiative. Meanwhile, Ajax technology is attached to enhance effect of interface design which promotes user’s experience.
