In recent years, advances of communication network and update of mobile terminal have been attributed to the unstoppable trend of mobile payment. T he birth of mobile payment brought numerous brand new concepts. Currently, this newly born financial channel has been recognized by domestic and international commercial banks and further developed. Along with constant endeavor of people, services and use scale of mobile banking have been growing gradually. Mobile banking, as the center of mobile payment, has become the major marketing channel in the financial industry.This paper focuses on the design and development based on i OS operating system through the sufficient study of report of Heilongjiang mobile payment’s demand. The project was developed using Objective-C, with the development environment of XCode6.1.1 released by Apple Inc. Elements of this product were constituted by instantiated controls that were analyzed through tags in XML datagram.The functions are querying information, money transformation, credit card, also included the traditional business, such as paying fees, services on internet and ATM query. These services play an important role of improving customers’ experiences and expanding markets.The framework includes seven modules. They collaborate with each other in a set of works, such as connecting network, data transmission and data analysis. The system is composed with foreground client, Web server and application server. The application server creates the message module. Web server fills information according to the message of application server. The safe channel is built by cooperating with the foreground. Web server sends the safe information to the foreground by the encrypted channel. After the analysis of the information, according to the element instance, the corresponding controls are presented to clients.During the process of developing system, based on the program’s files, the function and nature of the system have been tested. After the optimization of code, the speed of respond has been improved apparently. To be concluded, the results of the test generally accord with the expectation.
