As a common vertical transport, the elevator along with the city building constantly increasing, and it has been widely used. However, the condition of operation of the lift will directly affect the quality of life of urban residents, while also restricting the sustainable development of urban economy. Therefore, the need for elevator equipment for remote monitoring, in order to get information real-time operational status of the elevator, and prevent the elevator slip ladder, trapped people, hoisting, squatting to the end of the situation and not burst timely troubleshooting which brings more unpredictable disaster. Obviously, the inspection of the traditional and relatively backward means of monitoring and elevator workers haven’t already kept up with the pace of urban’s development.So with hurricane-style development of the Internent of network, automatic control and computer technology, the remote monitoring through the network has become an important mode for the city’s rapid economic development and the research and development of network environment of elevator remote monitoring system has a certain significance.The paper first summarized the remote monitoring system in the country, the development of at home and abroad on the history and current situation, and on the basis of the analysis and study of the characteristics of the elevator remote monitoring system.The main content of this article, is about embedded systems and3G network environment, the organic integration of multi-elevator intelligent remote monitoring system, which designed a control ARM11architecture data collection terminals, and which can realize remote real-time monitoring and data acquisition network transmission. while it is monitoring and display of various parameters of the elevator operation state you can operate and control the remote of lift at the same time, in anytime and anywhere only if it is be coveraged with network. In addition, in order to improve the system’s transfer of data rate, this paper take the present more popular3G network communication technology, which can easily utilize the existing network to multiple elevators in a network environment real-time remote intelligent surveillance.This topic has also proposed that a new intelligent control algorithm, namely the use of the RBF neural network, it can quickly approximate any nonlinear function, and the characteristics of a good classification ability.This paper designed a control terminal of data acquisition with the S3C6410,which be used in embedded microprocessor more commonly, the control terminal have two parts:the hardware design and software design.The hardware designing have power supply module, reset circuit design, clock circuitmodule, the serial communication circuit and the Jtag debug interface module circuit design; the software design have the application of RBF neural network,which relasized the network simulation and testing of the sample data with Matlab. In addition, the interface of the host computer is using Vb.net to create this Monitoring terminal, to achieve the implementation of the monitoring function of the interface.Finally, the paper have a summary and outlook on the whole issue of the subject after the related research work.
