Venue construction is now undergoing a development apex under the national policy of promoting vigorous development and prosperity of socialist culture. Modernization and intelligence construction is the venue development trend. Further improvement requires has been proved for stage machine centered the control system. With the large-scale construction of intelligent stages, the design and implementation of advanced stage elevators control system makes become a hot spot. While increasing stage modelling flexibility, the interference can easily lead to the multiple stage elevators position out of synchronization, how to control the multiple stage elevators to achieve high precision position synchronization in a short time becomes the difficulty of synchronous control. Study is launched on the basis of the multiple stage elevators synchronization control and the control system design and implementation.Firstly, the overall design of multiple stage elevators synchronization control system and the space layout of the system equipment are carried out.Secondly, multiple stage elevators synchronization method is studied to solve position out of synchronization based on high positional accuracy of the single stage elevator. A BP neural network control strategy based on adjacent deviation coupling and swarm synchronization control strategy are proposed. Simulations verify the control strategy being of small synchronous error and short synchronization time.Finally, the design and implementation of hardware and software system based on the actual demand of the multiple stage elevators synchronized control is carried out. On the basis of the realization of multiple stage elevators synchronization control system implementation, synchronization performance and analysis for multiple stage elevators local synchronization and swarm synchronization is tested through field experiments.
