| "Principle and application of PLC" is an important and very practical professional course in engineering colleges. Many engineering colleges or universities have established the PLC laboratory for PLC experiment teaching. But as a result of class or experimental equipment limitations, College students did not master the use of PLC, and the domestic institutions have the widespread phenomenon that the teaching and experiment are out of touch from practical industrial process control. The teaching focusing on single programming exercises while ignoring application, which makes students limitations at the primary stage I is difficult to adapt to the current mainstream industrial control demand for talents, and most of the students go to work after the hands-on ability, job ability is not strong, not up to his work situation, students types and social demand gap.The training of college students refers to the graduating students into the community early. The actual project training, the course can enhance their practical ability and found a solid foundation to their future career.According to the practice of PLC, through research and analysis, I designed two sets of training equipment:one is a material conveying system; the other is a tension control system. The two sets of system adopt open architecture, in practice the students themselves can do wiring assembly and design procedures to achieve system control. The material transportation system for sequential control uses the PLC control seven DC motors transport process, uses the touching screen realize the control configuration. It can realize the manually control and also can realize the fully automatic control. In the tension control system for frequency conversion control, tension can be detected by a pressure sensor, two sets of three-phase asynchronous motor are drived by the inverter, the motion control parameter settings to achieve system in a stable operation of the tension case. By using the two systems, the course can cultivate students’ engineering practice ability, innovative thinking and innovative spirit. |
