At present, our country is in the high-speed development of urbanization processing. In order to satisfy the needs of the rapid increase urban population and improve people's living standard, the north of China every year need to consume a lot of fossil fuel used for building heating. Because the coal (gas) boiler is used for the most part of heating systems in our country, so every winter heating systems in addition to consume more and more fossil fuel and to our environment also produce a great influence, because fossil fuel emissions. All of this bring an unprecedented increasing pressure both the energy saving and the emission reduction to our country.This study mainly for public buildings which need winter heating, could improve utilization ratio of heating energy, could effectively reduced greenhouse gas emission. The thesis based on a large number of literature and combined the actual need of winter heating area current, proposed a set of temperature control system which suitable for public building heating. Through analysis the research situation both at home and abroad, this paper presents a monitoring system of central heating system for example of network monitoring. This system composed by lower computer (temperature monitoring controller) and upper machine (PC monitoring center). Through the temperature sensor to monitor buildings temperature, control valve of heating buildings hot water or heating center's pumps to accomplish goals of control the temperature of building, realize goal of heating energy saving.The system design based on low cost, low power consumption and high reliability, using the microcontroller S3C44B0X, which is ARM7 MCU (micro controller unit), as the core of lower computer monitoring controller , greatly reduced the system's power consumption. Advanced digital temperature sensor be choose as system data collecting module, circuit simple, uses less I/O port, make the system wiring simple and reliability. System software using uClinux, embedded operating system, greatly shorten the development cycle and increase the readability of the program. The uClinux is more convenient for program improvement and expansion, which can develop larger and more complete system. In the embedded operating system, system adopted Ethernet as communications media and adopted FTP protocol as Ethernet communication protocol.The system control strategy was the fuzzy PID control technology, which combining fuzzy control and PID control. Fuzzy PID control technology kept PID control's features: the less steady-state error, better stability; and both kept fuzzy control's features: robustness and adjusting speed characteristics, has good control effect for the system of buildings temperature control which is nonlinear, large time delay, and time-varying system control system.This paper used the modern computer technology, electronic technology and Ethernet communication technology to the central heating control field, adapted to the domestic need and development at current. This network monitoring system, not only can timely monitoring system parameters, regulation heat supply piping network, and can improve network operating files, implement quantitative management, so as to improve the running efficiency of the system equipment and improve the quality of the whole system management. System for monitoring objects is buildings, the system except can be used in ordinary temperature collect and control of the building, can be applied to the greenhouse temperature monitoring and other aspects, after certain improvement, has a good application prospect.
