With the flourishing development of education reform and the carrying of students’ quality evaluation, Students’ Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System has a huge market opportunity and good market prospects in the sector of education. Personnel training are a fundamental task in Shunde Yizhong, the training and bringing up a group of high-level, high level and high quality talents is an important symbol to measure a school’s teaching level. The society puts forward more and more high demand for talents with the rapid development of modern science and technology. In modern society, all kinds of information processing are almost accomplished by computers with the development of computer technology. All the information records are made by artificial record maintenance without computer which brings the nonconvenient and mistakes, however,we can be convenient to the query and maintenance of11sorts of information with computers. The design and implementation of students’ Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System in view of the above questions puts forward solutions for Shunde Yizhong to help it qulickly set up a unified, scientific and blameless system.In this paper, it researches the development background of the system and briefly describes the domestic situation of the system. During the development of Students’ Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System we always use the idea of object-oriented analysis and design to analyze the demands, and design each function with object-oriented thoughts. The system uses JAVA technology system and uses three frame technologies to achieve the separation of data and view with MVC module, and makes the systme with expansibility and maintainability.Students’ Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System for Shunde Yizhong has several subroutines such as the moral quality, citizen accomplishment, learning ability, communication and cooperation and practice ability, the movement and health, aesthetic and the performance. The students’ evaluation by the attendentce of students, classmates, teachers and school administrators comprehensively and multiply improves the healthy and harmonious development of students. System is divided into six users:the system administrator, it locates in the most top of the system, and has all power, its functions include the main parameter establishment and the system backup; Ordinary students gives selfassessments according to their own understanding; The teacher in charge function includes the end of the semester of students, ideological and moral, cooperation and exchange, movement and health, aesthetic and the performance, comprehensive practical activity, personality and development; The teachers determine students’performance about the dimension degree and write comments about the students’ comprehensive quality; The parents of the students observe the child’s comprehensive quality performance and write the comments according to evaluation dimensions; Educational administration teachers deal with the work which students and their parents evaluation result has an objection to the Comprehensive quality appraisal during the time of end of year and before graduation.In this paper, the design and implementation of the system realizes the basic functions of the work of Students’ Comprehensive Quality Evaluation, it saves manpower and material resources, time, cost, and greatly reduces the teachers’and students’work through he use of students’ comprehensive quality evaluation system.
