Design And Implementation Of Asset Management System For Jiangxi College Of Foreign Studies

JiangXi College Of Foreign Studies is a vocational school specializing in training the professionals in foreign language and trade, which was built by the Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government and the Commerce Department of China. With the enrollment of JiangXi College Of Foreign Studies and the increase of the size, the constitution of assets of the college will be increasingly complex, then the traditional manual management mode doesn’t any longer adapt to the development of universities. Therefore, college requires the development of asset management systems, which was claimed to complete daily management like the entering assets, classified auditing, and asset changes of JiangXi College Of Foreign Studies.In the system development process, first of all, the Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies asset management system, property management system user needs and feasibility analysis. Then, in order to further identify the system function module design and specific implementation, using B/S architecture, ASP.NET2.0programming language, C#language and SQL Server2008for development. This paper design and Realization of system management, assets management, data maintenance and statistics analysis function module, then, through the design of the related module programming code, to complete the system function structure and the database design.The system uses a separate package module, can achieve the basic functions and properties testing work under normal conditions, and in accordance with the Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies in the day-to-day management of asset management. Through this research, can effectively improve the assets management level, reduce the workload management; economize on manpower and material resources, at the same time on the Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies’s asset management construction has a great impetus to the development of meaning.Through this research of the article, it will be benefit for improving the level of information technology in asset management, at the same time, it will also be a meaningful value in the construction of asset management for JiangXi College Of Foreign Studies.
