With the development of network technology, and growingcompetition of market, more and more business organizations have begunto publish their business processes in the form of web service. Web servicehas been rapidly occupied the market with the advantage of cross-platform,loose-coupling and well-encapsulation. At present, the difficulties of Webservice study is that how to find exactly the right services which isrequested.The semantic web service discovery is put forward to solve theproblem, and this paper will focus on this study.The recall ratio and the precision ratio of the semantic Web servicecompared with the traditional Web service had been greatly improved. Butthe low efficiency of query was a common phenomenon which exists in thesemantic web services discovery framework. In response to thisphenomenon, this paper proposed the Study on improved framework forsemantic web service discovery.Firstly, this paper introduces the study background and significance,and summarizes the status and the future of domestic and international in the semantic web service discovery.Secondly, it introduces the semantic web and the web servicesprotocol,and also briefly introduces the principle of locality and the P2Ptechnology.Thirdly, this paper discusses the traditional centralized UDDIstructure,extended the UDDI of OWL-S/UDDI Matchmaker Framework todomain, divided the web services on domain and stored them, added Tabledata structure according to the local principle of program accessing.Thisframework was called SWSDM-Table. In the discovery process, firstly,domain matchmaking was executed and the matching in Table was executedsecondly. Simultaneously choose the web service joins the Table datastructure. Experimental results show that the SWSDM-Table improves theefficiency compared with the existing discovery framework.Finally,in the SWSDM-Table of the foundation, introducing thedistributed concept based on the semantic web service and the localprinciple to improve the Chord network.The improved framework wascalled SWSDM-IChord. It is to quickly intelligence in locating thecorresponding node. The experiments show that the improved is feasibleand operation.
