With the development of the Internet, Internet-based B2B E-Business has developed rapidly which has embodied the great value. Most E-Business applications and Web-based commercial services are working in different way. How to combine these applications with low costs and convenience as well as implement the inter-enterprise commercial applications connection is a big problem. With the appearance of Web Service We have found a solution to this problem. Web Service,based on protocols HTTP,XML,SOAP and WSDL is irrelated to programme language patforms and equipments, and thus provides a good solution to the integration of distributed and heterogeneous platforms. Utilizing Web Service, corporations can cooperate with each other and make use of all resources to maximal extent which will definitely promote the E-Business.With the Web's development, Web services massively emergenced and alternatively serviced a huge number of candidates. In order to effectively realize the value of the services, we surely need to address the following key issues: how to meet the needs of the service found, how to choose the best services. The emergence of the solution on above problems will ultimately achieve the business potential of providing advanced and convenient technical basis. Some of the current technology has been largely based on keyword matching service mechanism, all of them have a low rate of prospective investigations. Semantic Web is a mathod more than resolvement of the problem and brought about a turning point. The concept of the Semantic Web proposed by Tim Berners-Lee first in 1998, its goal is to expand the current Web, the Web has all the information in the definition of good semantics, so that the computer can understand and handle, thus giving full play to the potential of Web. If using the Semantic Web knowledge marked langage to describe the semantics, then Web services can become a computer understandable entities, and thus supporting services that automatically match, implementation, operation, and other combinations. For Web services, dynamic, heterogeneous Web environmental requirements of Web-based services can provide flexible and reliable to meet user requirements and achieve "on-demand services", according to the needs of users to provide appropriate services. Service Matchmaking stands for customers finds the suitable service with all kinds of methods from different type's service. Some researchers has imported service matchmaking mechanism based on semantic, as these are some disadvantages including low-recall and low-precise when using key word matchmaking algorithm. But there also have some problems in the semantic matchmaking mechanism, to solve the above problems, the paper does work on the key technologies including semantic description model, semantic web language and the matchmaking algorithm.Based on the above analysis, the paper established a research direction, the view of the current web service mechanism in the semantic missing or flawed by the deep services matching strategy. Web Service retrieval is the first step to utilize Web Services. Currently, the existing discovery and matchmaking policy of Web Service based on key word in UDDI without enough senmantic information has low precision and lacks inference capability. How to discovery the exact Web Service has been the bottleneck to the wide application of Web Service. In this paper we have put forward a ontology and description Logic based Web Service discovery and matchmaking algorithm.Based on the above analysis, the paper established a research direction, to improve the current web service mechanism which is semantic missing or flawed by the introduction of ontology. Web services found to be the first step in the implementation of Web services, Web services and found that the match is based on the UDDI Web services to find mechanisms, as UDDI and does not provide sufficient information semantics, only to the keyword-based search and matching services, Accuracy rate is not high, but the lack of services reasoning functions, the discovery of how to become a Web service applications and Web services development bottleneck. To enhance the performance of the service discovery a ontology based on the deep services dicovery mechanisms has been brought out .In the first stage, we use the keyword select the appropriate matching set of Web services, reducing the match in the number of candidates .In the second phase, based on service description select the appropriate matching set of Web services again. And based on the choice of services on the stage set of Web services, by constructing the concept of trees, gives a Web service dicovery matching algorithms. The algorithm provides a match to find a better solution to the current Web services, then we give a semantic web service discovery system. Finally, in the empirical analysis of the article, we use ontology development tool---protedge to give a construction process of services ontology database and use racer1.9 to verified the deep services matching Mechanism.
