The First Group Housing Sales Management Information System Analysis And Design

With the advent of the information age, today’s society has entered the Internet era. Computer and internet has become a powerful force for social and economic development. Nowadays, with the rising economy, the real estate industry is facing a transition from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market. Housing sales management information system enables real estate enterprises to enter the paperless form, which has g great help on cost savings and efficiency improving o, and can improve the real estate enterprise’s core competitiveness.In this paper, we introduce the research background of the housing sales management information system, and a description of the problem that needs to solve, and discuss the significance of the project’s research and system development methods and related technologies. This paper gives the goal to design the system, system functional requirements and non-functional requirements, the main function of the system is divided into project preparation, marketing, customer follow-up, transaction management, and after-sales service, report management, value-added features. In system design, we give system design principles, system architecture design and system functional architecture design, and gives the system module design class diagrams, sequence diagrams, interaction diagram papers. In the database design, we give databases detailed design from design principles, the database conceptual structure design and logical structure design. Finally, the content of the study are summarized on my main work, point out that the papers’ insufficient, and the prospect of further work.
