This is also the main innovations of the research and development of the system.According to the common problems that the domestic small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are facing, and with the addition of the need of the actual situation of Shaanxi Xin Lian Hang real estate company.the estate sales management system that is prented in this paper is based on the analysis that is used on actually. In this system,we use the C # language to coding,use the client/server (C/S) mode, use as SQLServer2005 to support the background data, use the unified modeling language UML to analyze software architecture and model.This system consists of nine modules, users and rights management, staff management, customer information management, real estate management, sales management, and after-sales management, financial management, summary statistics, and help. This article focuses on the design and implementation of real estate information management, sales management, and summary statistics module. Then, we discuss the database that is used in these modules. Finally a comprehensive test of its functions is taken to make it up to the required indicators.The system has good human-computer interaction, the interface is simple and elegant, and easy to operate. Will certainly play a role in promoting the development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.
