With the Comprehensive Statistics Information Management System using in Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group, it has produced a considerable amount of basic data. How to safe and effective management and restructuring data, which has become a very realistic and difficult problem to analysis and decision for enterprise leaders. Business Intelligence as a weapon has realized transformation from knowledge to profit.It has been more and more attention to guide enterprise out of the fog data beacon. Rely on increasingly mature the Data Warehouse, On-line Analytical Processing and Data Mining technology. Effective integration enterprise business data, and concludes that the influence of the key factors in the business operation, to support decision. It becomes a kind of effective solutions to solving these problems.Firstly, this paper introduces background and meaning of construction Statistical Analysis System, studies the essential technology and related content. Based on web design of B/S model of system structure, it includes the data layer, Data Warehouse layer, multi-dimensional analysis layer, and end user data browsing layer. Adopt "layered" thought, make structure between layer and layer independently, and meet the needs of the user and changeful, enhance the flexibility of the system, and the expansibility and maintainability.Secondly, in the foundation of original Comprehensive Statistics Information Management System, according to the leadership of the demand and the index system of the Statistical System are analyzed, establish in the data warehouse based on themes, from in the source through the data extraction, conversion and loading source data import data to the Data Warehouse. On the basis of Data Warehouse, using Microsoft’s Analysis Services to set up corresponding multi-dimension data, and application On-line Analytical Processing (OLAP) technology, section, drilled in order to realize multidimensional analysis, Use Microsoft’s Reporting Service tool to develop user interface. Through the figures, tables and other forms, which show the analysis results to the end user. Finally, using the correlation algorithm to realize predict mining model, and finally convenient effectively improve the enterprise management personnel of each layer analysis decision-making ability.
