This paper introduces the research of a real-time health care platform system. Based on this system, patients can transfer data that collected by wearable monitors to the database server through the3G network so that doctors can get patients’ data at the first time and give the associated medical guidance to improve aid efficiency. Because of the establishment of the system, many diseases will be early detected and shorten the treatment time to avoid the serious consequences for missing the best timing of treatment and it is particularly important for the patients with risk factors, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, etc. Meanwhile, the system also ease the contradiction between doctors and patients for saving the time of line up,register and outpatient, which have a profound effect of health monitor on millions of households through the network platform.At first, the paper introduces an account of the research background and significance of health care platform, analyzed the research status and development trends at home and abroad. Then, it introduces the technology of TD-SCDMA and WAP2.0. Based on these technology, it is divided into two parts to describe the design of the whole system. The first part is about the research of the3G module LC6311, based on TD-SCDMA technology. It is also responsible for building module’s external circuit to realize real-time data transmission. The other part is the establishment of mobile health platform based on the WAP2.0. The platform is established, applied with WAP2.0agreement and used Quick WAP XHTML MP, ASP and ACCESS database. The designed platform consists of three modules--the user module, the administrator module and the expert module. The user module is mainly used for users to see their pathological data, the data analysis and the professional advice of the experts and other functions. The Management module is mainly used to manage the information of users and experts, included adding, deleting and modifying the information. The expert module is mainly used to analyze patients’data and give professional advice.In data transmission,3G module can transfer data fast, but the traditional WEB application of synchronous interaction is an inconsistent user experience when we need data exchange between web and server. In this paper, we use AJAX that can overcome the disadvantages. Its working principle is equivalent to add a middle layer between the user and the server, which causes them response induction. So some work of the server can be handled by using client idle processing power to reduce the burden on the server and broadband. Finally, we connect the entire system to get the result and analyze the data transmission and display of the waveform.
