Internet has evolved into an indispensible part in people’s daily life. The dissemination of the internethas way marched beyond the heated discuss over Knowledge Gap topic triggered by the advent of thisconvenient tool at the very beginning. With the exponentially expend, there are420million Netizen inChina by June2010, according to the26thChina Internet network development statistics report, whichmeans there are one Netizen out of three citizens.Evolving from a mere relaxation choice, Internet has been functioning to voice citizens opinion and getinvolved into the public sphere management. Either the Starr Report, succeeding dragging Bill Clintoninto the impeachment, or the public opinion whirl of querying the truth behind the cars clash on Yan’an,exposing the corruption of a high profile official, witnessed the unavoidable and ubiquitous force ofInternet.Not only the exponentional increase of netizens but also the communication mode plays an importantpart in the development of network events. However, every coin has two sides. The strong momentumbehind the Internet polarized the public opinions; Netizens are fell into the game of Internet opinionmakers with well planned sensational events. There is an obvious and increasing all for the reveal ofcommunication mode of Network events.
