With the development of computer network technology,the traditional newspapers,radio,television and other traditional media have been unable to meet the demand of increasingly diverse audience,more and more people prefer to use network communication tools.In the year to June 2017,the scale of Chinese netizens has reached 751 million,people's work and life is hard to leave the Internet,this means that the network transmission will play an increasingly important role in our life.The biggest difference between the network media and traditional media is interactive,low barriers to entry,the audience can express the ideas involved,is not only a single receiver,is also a disseminator of information and ideas and manufacturer.The biggest difference between the network media and traditional media is interactive,low barriers to entry,the audience can express the ideas involved,is not only a single receiver,is also a disseminator of information and ideas and manufacturer.Citizens can express their views on the Internet,participate in social and public affairs,and supervise government workers and related departments,Some local governments or enterprises and institutions have also carried out such activities as Internet consultation,government affairs weibo and online interviews.In the Internet era,the government is keeping pace with The Times,communicating with netizens through the Internet,understanding the public opinion,and promoting the national democratic political construction and social governance.The open information age,once free,often comes with many secondary problems.Our country is in the process of socialist modernization construction,in the aspects such as health care,education,housing,transportation,social security,etc.,still exist to be reformed and perfected.Internet users often use the Internet to vent,netizens also easy to cause the phenomenon of group polarization and irrational behavior,emotional type network public opinion spread,network rumors,network violence,the phenomenon such as trial caused bad influence to individuals and society.Some illegal elements also use the hot issue to play arbitrarily,exaggerate,distort socialist core values,attack the socialist system,and pose a threat to the construction of a harmonious society.The Internet age,how to correctly guide public opinion,to comprehensive analysis on the formation of public opinion,many down over the Internet,this is today the government,the Internet,the network opinion leaders and network media have to face the reality of the problem.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background and research purpose of network public opinion,literature review,research methods and research ideas at home and abroad;The second part introduces the concept of network public opinion;Third part in ras,based on "5w" communication model,analyzed the main factors influencing the network public opinion and the coping strategies,including the reality of public events,Internet,network media and network opinion leaders from four aspects;The fourth part studies the social influence and control strategy of network public opinion.;The fifth part is based on the above research,from the network public opinion is formed by several main factors,put forward to reduce the reality of sudden public events,improve the Internet media literacy,give full play to the positive role of network opinion leaders,improve public opinion guiding force of network media network public opinion guide policy.Through thinking on these aspects,we can help reduce the negative role of network public opinion and give full play to the positive role of online public opinion,so as to improve the guidance ability of Internet public opinion in the Internet era.
