Based on the Prague equation and by use of the X-ray, the X-ray angle sorter is an exact equipment to analyze the crystal. The quality of crystals are directly decided by accuracy of measurement,so it make them to be the important point of this design which are data measuring accuracy and data measuring error. The system was designed against this point,it can fill requirements of design through sampling a lot of data in a short time, besides, it provides an application software interface which can give a more intuitive look of the measurement result.Before the development of system, we must create a developing platform. First of all, the virtual machine VMware and linux operating system in PC was installed. Next, the software programming environment was configured. Then we can communicate with the developing board by series port cable, internet cable and small wiggler board. The debugging of driver programs, application programs and customization of embedded linux kernel are based on this platform.High speed data sampling system in the thesis is mainly including four parts, which are system handware (based on the ADC chip THS10064), sampling driver program, data processing program and application software interface. After filtering, analog signals are converted into digital signals which are transmitted into storage by DMA. The operating frequency of CPU is400MHz, so it can fastly finish the data processing. After data filtering, data are transmitted into LCD in order to create a wave. The peak catching program will be enabled when we want to catch peak. Peak and peak angle which are catched will be displayed in application software interface.
