Synchro has been widely applied in Military Navigation Systems. In order to meet the increasing demand of the navigation equipment numeralization and to improve the control performance, researches on the synchrony sampling methods of multi-channel axis-angle synchro motors are made in this dissertation and the synchronized testing system based on C8051F120 MCU is designed. In addition, with the accumulated experimental experience, synchro signal testing instrument and the following control boards in one autopilot are designed.The domestic and foreign researches on axis-angle detecting methods in recent years are summarized and by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, the significance of the researches on sampling C8051F MCU is pointed out in this thesis. Base on the studies of the working elements of synchro, relations between signal voltage and axis-angles are analyzed and transforming method on digital Scott transformer is put forward. Besides, by studying software arithmetic and filter methods of software or hardware, the tracking arithmetic for C8051F120 is proposed. Finally, by researching the realization approach of the A/D sampling based axis-angle detecting methods, the design thoughts and methods of the circuits of C8051F120, AD, isolation and zero detecting are discussed systematically. Meanwhile, multi-channel axis-angle simultaneous sampling system is designed.The results of the examinations indicate that the system can reach the precision of special modules and can replace the modules in engineering practices. Compared with the traditional methods, this one can be designed in a simple way and has the advantages of generalization, low-costing and easy-accessing.The axis-angle detecting method can meet the demands of digital control of navigating equipment and particularly in autopilot. By applying this method, more engineering cost can be saved so it has an extensive applied foreground.
