Research And Development Of Core Measuring And Controlling System For The Automatic X-ray Angle Sorter

At present the X-ray angle sorter is the most important equipment in the area of incision and process of crystal. Based on the Prague equation and by use of the X-ray, the equipment is an exact equipment to analyze the crystal. At present there are only the manual sorter and the semi-automatic X-ray angle sorter in our country. In order to accomplish the function of automatic loading, automatic measuring, orientation and sort and the automatic unloading, enhance the precision and the efficiency. In this paper, the core measuring and controlling system for automatic X-ray sorter is designed and developed on the base of the completion of the automatic loading and unloading subsystem. The core system can carry on the high speed measurement to the crystal and transmit the measurement result which has been digitally filtered to the computer.At the same time,it can carry on the movement logical control to the automatic loading and unloading subsystem.In the article, the core measuring and controlling system includes X-ray receiving and high speed data sampling subsystem based on the ADC chip whose model is THS10064, high speed data processing and logical control subsystem based on the DSP chip whose model is TMS320LF2812 and high speed communication subsystem based on the EZ-USE FX2 chip whose model is CY7C68013. The whole system's hardware and the software are finished in this paper.Furthermore, in order to get the high precision, during the high speed sampling system processing data, the procedure uses the separated FIR algorithm to filter data.The practical application shows that this system achieves all the targets setted before, and meets the needs of the domestic production.
