Because of the complex electricity environment on coal mine underground,including the dangerous factors of gas, coal dust, wet and so on. This threatening mineselectrical equipment and personnel life safety. We need a feeding protection system toprotect the safety of the power under the mine. The paper firstly introduces thedevelopment of the low-voltage feeding protection system at home and abroad.According to the trend of development, for the existing problem of low-voltagefeeding system, the article developed a set of configuration interfaces which combinedwith CAN bus and configuration technology. Also we design each field units forlow-voltage feeding system to corresponding with the interfaces. The low-voltagefeeding system has the properties of unit, remote monitoring, real-time display andmany other advantages.The core of this paper is the design of the configuration interfaces. It contains twoparts, one is the interface between the CAN bus and the PC. The other is the interfacebetween the CAN bus and the field units. In addition, we develop a set of field unitsfor low-voltage feeding system. This system realize the leakage protection, shortcircuit protection, overload protection, owe-voltage and over-voltage protection, it alsohas the functions of liquid crystal display, the man-machine dialogue and remotemonitoring etc. The experiments show that the function of the interface is normal.
