The paper introduces an intelligent staff feeding system developed based on ARM7. This system includes three parts:raster speed measurement, pressure sensor, and power system with transducer and electromotor. Research has been done on the accomplishment and optimization of the system. As a result, practical controlling method has been achieved. This system implements a user-friendly Man-Machine interface. It allows users to set parameters during the control process according to own requirement such as flux requirement, PID parameters, weight modulate parameters and so on. Meanwhile, it also allows users to monitor and print the run-time parameters long-distance by LCD such as current flux, total flux value.Advanced embedded technology and modularization design are adopted to satisfy every requirement in dynamic stuff feeding control process. Some other user own requirements are also supported by this system. In order to leave a broad space for future development like DCS control, network interface has been implemented. The purpose of the study is to introduce the main idea of the system design and the system architecture. Both hardware and software realizations are discussed in detail. According to experiment result, proposal on improvement in the future have been given at last.
