| With the continuous development of wireless communication technology, spectrum monitoring technologies face a series of challenges．To meet these challenges, the British communications regulatory Ofcom proposed a plan of automatic spectrum monitoring system, after that leading companies in this field made their own plans of spectrum monitoring sensor networks．At the same time, for the development of wireless sensor networks，our country proposed a key research on wireless spectrum sensing network technology research project, which combines wireless network technology and spectrum monitoring technology.Based on the sub-project of state-key research on spectrum sensing in wireless senor networks, this paper designed and implemented network management system for wireless spectrum sensing network. In this paper, the basic theory of network management and the architecture of that are detailed at the start, then the analysis on the differences and similarities of management for the traditional network and wireless sensor network are made, and the research focus are pointed out. Secondly, the paper detailed describes wireless spectrum sensing network, and based on the research on the function and architecture of this network, a needs analysis for its network management is made and a simple and effective network initialization mechanism is proposed. Thirdly, based on the network theory, and learned the SNMP design idea, the paper design and implement the network management system for the wireless spectrum sensing network, and detail it in four parts：the network management agent, management information base, network management protocol, and network management manager. Finally, at the end of this paper, a functional test and a reliability test are proceeded. The results show that the system designed in this paper realize the functions such as network initialization, topology management and remote control．It’s highly targeted, while having some scalabilities, better complete the design target. |
