The Design And Implementation Of Shareholding Changes Taxation Management System Based On J2EE Technology

The constant advancement of information technology and rapid development ofsocial economy have posed both opportunities and challenges to the taxation in the newhistorical period. How to adapt to the change and continuously reinforce the integrationof information technology and taxation to improve the scientific level of taxation hasbecome the practical issue which needs a timely solution by taxation bureaus at variouslevels.Based on the actuality analysis of taxation administration of shareholding changesin local taxation bureaus and considering the tax sources and taxation process, thisthesis proposes the design objectives and principles of taxation administration systemfor shareholding changes. What’s more, it illustrates the design and the way ofrealization of taxation administration system for shareholding changes. With J2EEtechnology framework as its support, this system uses MVC design model andcombined it with Struts and Hibernate framework and effectively ensured the robustness,stability and easy expansibility of this system.The system successfully passes the test, and meets the design objectives. Theresults of these tests show that this system software has relatively better performance insuch aspects as rationality of structure, functional completeness, modular design, safetyand ease of use, and highlight on information comparison and process control. Whenthis system is put in use, it will play an active role in reducing the bugs of taxationadministration system for shareholding changes and enhancing the taxationmanagement competence for shareholding changes.
