This article focuses on the topics of the corporation which listed in Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong , and then through document analysis to compare Hunan Tv & Broadcast Intermediary CO., LTD with Beijing Media Corporation Limited which were listed in these two places, so as to analyse the practical influence and significance of Chinese media corporation which listed in these two places from the Causes and Solutions.In the framework, the paper first through the definition of China's listed media company, thus comparative analyse the profile of Chinses media listed corporation in Chinese Mainland and HongKong, and pointed out the feasibility and significance of taking the two for examples, and then the thesis point out existing problems and actual situation of shareholding structure, management structure, the business structure, capital operation, investor relations management and legal supervision of the two corporation, Finally , this paper also described for the main part of the stake from the structure of its six areas that the crux of the problem and the countermeasures, and point out that as a general the two which as the representatives of Chinses listet media corporation in both Chinese Mainland and HongKong show to be more common rather than differences in various aspects, which are subject to the Chinese Mainland's co-management of multiple media system as well as its unreasonable shareholding structure arrangements, furthermore the article suggested that the Chinese Mainland media corporation should not rush to seek for list overseas, but should focus on their own infrastructure from the modern enterprise system, the governance structure and shareholding structure and other aspects to establish a reasonable shareholding structure which is scattered and management structure that is mutual checks, besides, the thesis also suggest to improve its business structure , through the establishment of the media professional managers system to improve their capital operation ability.
