Research And Application Of Change Management Based On N Tree Dynamic Workflow Model

In the era of information technology,small and medium enterprises strive to make their business more standardized,more automated,in order to improve the overall efficiency of the work.In order to automate business,the company has developed an automated system.However,as the business becomes more and more complex,the business layer becomes more and more obvious.The original workflow model can't support the automation of business.Changes in business and personnel changes are more frequent.However,most of the change management on the market does not meet the needs of the company's development.Therefore,according to the actual process of the enterprise to develop the entire change management.And promote the implementation of the project by the improved workflow model.The change management in this paper is based on the N-tree dynamic workflow model.The concept of N dimension dynamic workflow model is proposed.The model can effectively deal with the change of node attributes and workflow structure,and will minimize the impact of changing range.This paper is devoted to the study of a change management system which can deal with the change of the enterprise.Mainly from the following aspects were studied.(1)Compared with the original workflow model.Aiming at its defects,the N dimension dynamic workflow model is proposed.Establish the N-tree dynamic workflow model,According to the actual business process needs analysis,the establishment of workflow engine.This paper also proposes a N-tree workflow dynamic change processing method,It inc ludes workflow change migration policy and the processing strategy of workflow after adding / deleting nodes;(2)The audit mechanism is added to the N dimensional dynamic workflow model,This paper focuses on the design of countersigned model,It handles the multi role and multi person approval problem in the change,and designs the audit process in detail;(3)Combining the model of privilege control model in N dimension dynamic workflow model.Divide permissions according to department,position and role,More flexibly complete the authorization configuration in change management,and transfer the rights after the change of personnel accurately;(4)With message communication mechanism.Detailed analysis of the message communication process,and to join the intellige nt design,the message passing of each task node of N dimension dynamic workflow is realized.It makes the change information timely and accurately transmitted to the relevant departments of the change;(5)Design change management,the N dimension dynamic workflow model are applied to it.Analyze change types and business processes,Design the change model and countersign relation chart,the implementation of change depends on workflow engine.Finally,the change management is applied to the automation system.After testing the system application is good.This paper shows that the change management based on N dimension dynamic workflow model is suitable for company's business management automation.In this paper,the improved N fork tree dynamic workflow model is universal,and it is suitable for the change management of business automation in small and medium sized enterprises.
