Three-Demensional Process Design System Based On ProE

As the link of connecting manufacturing and design,process design determinethe quality and efficiency of the enterprise’s manufacturing directly.With the rapid development of the informationization of the enterprise’s manufacturing,three-demensional CAPP system apears as completely a new analysis field,which significantly reforms the traditional process design methods.According to the demand ofthe engineering practice,process design based on three-demensional model is researched,a set of three-demensional process design system prototype is developed atthe same time.Firstly,this paper introduces the situation of the research and development onthree-demensional CAPP system overseas and domestic,indicates the development trendof three-demensional CAPP system.Secondly,the overall design scheme of the CAPPsystem is introduced in detail,the process design method based on three-demensionalmodel is applied,process information model is abstracted according to the relation inthe them,the six system forming modules are established and the initial intergratedinterface is developed.Thirdly,the key CAD/CAPP intergrated technologies such asfeature identifying and obtaining,model shape controlling,feature associating andfeature lighting is analysed.Lastly,process information management based on XML isresearched,the document system of the process information and process regeneratingtechnology are intoduced,the paper also realizes the process’output in Web form and thedynamically display of three-demensional state model.
