Capp.net System Key Technologies And Realization

This paper presents an idea of internet-based CAPP model - CAPP.NET. The general instruction and key technologies of the CAPP.NET are discussed. On the basis of it the paper researches and realizes the following key technologies:1. The application of XML technology. The application of XML in the management of data, the expression of data in process planning and the transfer of data of the CAPP.NET system is discussed.2. The research and realization of the component of user management. The general instruction, the algorithm and the flow of every interface function and the process of developing the component are discussed.3. The research and realization of the process generation wizard. On the basis of presenting the working principle and data stream of the process generation wizard discusses the detail realization technologies.4. The research and realization of the DWGSHOW ActiveX Control which intends to present a light, open and freely integration of CAD drawings with CAPP frameworks from the general design to the detail technologies.Both the CAPP.NET and it's key technologies are illustrated by an example -QJEM_CAPP. At last what has been researched is summarized, and possible extensions to the CAPP.NET are briefly discussed.
