Research And Development Of Intelligent Device Management System Based On HART Protocol

The research content of this thesis involves HART bus technology,EDDLtechnology of automation industry,the object of management is the intelligentinstrument equipment in this feild,the purpose of the research is developed anautomated monitoring and control software which can satisfy the industry needed,thesoftware need to achieve Predictive Maintenance,Diagnosis and Alarm,AssetManagement,Configuration and Calibration,etc,the scope of application containspower, petrochemical, production, etc,This paper launched this topic research, designand implementation for this target.The thesis in the basis of summary and analysis the characteristic of equpimentmanage software which existing on the market combine the requirement of fieldengineering practice,determined the function and design scheme of the softwaresysterm;Software finally achieved equipment calibration,online diagnosis,and by usingintelligent device provide self diagnosis function,realized the predictive maintenancefunction through the study of fieldbus communication technology and EDDLanalytical technology;In addition,according to the requirement of domestic user’s,thesystem also realize the equipment assets management include accountmanagement,report forms management,work-sheet management,calibrationmanagement,log management etc;The software also achieved a set of satisfying thesystem of data file management system in order to realize date management andstorage,and provide the necessary interface support for the third part systerm such asdatabase interface,OPC interface ect.The paper also briefly expounds the shortage and impove impoint of the achievesoftware system,including how to integrate FDT technology,how to further miningbased on the exisiting datas,how to achive C/S construction,how to integrateprofessional valve diagnostics software etc.
