EducationManagement Information Systemis one of the important parts of colleges and universities education, this is a crux of the training qualified people for society, and bearing on the quality of education. Colleges and universities use all kinds of EMIS to increase the quality of education, but with the growing of enrollment and data, education managementis getting more complicated anddifficult. The task of EMIS should not only cover many roles but also need cooperation.This is highly significant to make an education system practically and effectively by using EMIS and increase the quality of education.This paper usesMicrosoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to build a relatively stable secure platform based on soft orhard environment of Hosei University at that time. According to Hosei University's requirements, analysis the business process, create stable and efficient workflow with Windows Workflow Foundation on the system platform. Also we use Silverlight and Windows Communication Foundation(WCF)techniques to development a client of Course-Choosing system. The entirety of this project usesproven practices which are provide by Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate to manage lifecycle by understanding customer'sneeds through code design and implementation to deployment. Finally we also implement student management, faculty management, classroom management, course base information management, Course-Choosing management, education video management and so on.This system has beendevelopedin June 2010. Thesesystem helpsfacultiesto decrease publish Course-Choosing information time from 12 or 15 workdays to less than 5 workdaysand also increasethe quality and efficiencyof education.
