| Embedded communication interface equipment as an important component of the model weapon system, mainly responsible for the completion of network communications, parallel communication, encryption and decryption processing, transmitting weapon system state information, opto-electronic tracker of weapons and fire control systems for such tasks as transmitting information and self-diagnosis.To ensure the advantage of weapon system, such as real-time performance and high stability, the communication equipment is designed to meet the growing and changing needs of the mission, with the role model weapon system scalability, in this paper, based on VxWorks embedded system solution, as well as multi-tasks, real-time, stability of high designs. In the use of advanced dual-NIC hardware redundancy backup technology, and high-speed central processing chip, army regulation level data storage equipment and high stable integrated circuit boards; The embedded OS VxWorks installed in this equipment, which is used to control the external interface equipments was recognized by NASA, let the equipment liberated from the heavy management of outside equipments' control, specialized for the information processing and data exchange, thus greatly increases the efficiency of communication interface equipment.This paper fully describes the design of programs and the communication equipment interface software platform structures; Complete the Board Support Package configurations of targeted equipment; According to the weapon system requirements, design and implement the functions of each module of interface equipment; At last summarize the equipment debugging and testing process, offer the total testing results. |
