Research On The Application Of Intelligent Computer-aided Instruction (ICAI) In The VFP Teaching

The research is based on the computer assisted instruction system with theintelligent VFP courses. To respect the reasonable teaching process and scientificcognitive learning process, the teacher-led and student-centered "double master"teaching model is put forward to design the system. The system highlights thecharacteristics of students ’ learning. It can arrange various learning content and givesuggestions intelligently according to different learners’ studying characteristics. It canalso realize personalized study and create a teaching and learning environment coveringteaching, self-learning and learning evaluation.This thesis primarily describes the process of the design and realization of thesystem. Firstly, it analyzes the development background of the research subject, thedomestic and overseas development situation and the research aims. Then it expoundsparticularly the relevant theoretical knowledge and technology. In the early developingperiod, users’ needs are identified through a detailed and systematic analysis to draw theconclusions of the feasibility of the system development, and the systematic logicmodels are put forward. Based on these the system design is carried on, the systemoverall function module is determined, the required data and the deposit and withdrawalplan and structure are fully analyzed, and the design of the backstage database iscompleted. According to the proposed design, the detailed process of the foregroundand background of the system functions is illustrated. Experiment result indicates thatthe system runs basically stably.In the process of website building with this system, we realize the foreground inDreamweaver software to construct the web pages and ASP to realize dynamicinteraction, and we take SQL Server2000as the backstage databases, so that the onlinelearning aided instruction system is set up. The system includes a member login,teaching resources, bulletin boards, online learning, online exams, and other functions.It can be operated quickly and easily and has friendly interface. It’s a very goodcomplement to traditional teaching. We should continue to explore development in thisfield, enabling it to play a role in the practical teaching as soon as possible.
