The Model And Design Of ICAI Based On Internet

With the development of World Wide Web (WWW) , more and more computers havebeen connected with Internet, which is without the limitation of application. How to explore the resource of Internet, and how to realize teaching course on the network have become a focus of research and development in the area.The development of Internet technology has created a new age of long-distance education. Its teaching course planing, teaching methodology and teaching view have been deeply reformed WWWs system and its database are the base to realize ICAI on Internet the related data construction and the algorithms are also provided.First, the appearance and development of computer assisted instruction (CAI) are reviewed and the situation and weakness of CAI are also discussed. A scenario with the function of intelligence based on Internet to improve the existing CAI systems is proposed. The system is abbreviated as ICAI.In the second part of thesis, several mathematical models related to ICAI are given and analyzed. Random simulation and game theory are the mathematical foundation of application module in ICAI. A true random number simulation model based on the concept of decimal distribution and physical typing point process is presented. A statistic game model for testing related to an exponential type memory-forgetting curve is also discussed.In the third part, the system structure and various modules of ICAI are designed, such as knowledge database, learning module, teaching module and testing database. An adaptive, synchronism and online long distance teaching & learning system is constructed.The research work and its development will influence the traditional education conceptand system.
