Design And Implementation Of Allocation Management System Of Military Vehicles

The system is based on current construction position in the army, and is researched for accelerating the receiving and dispatching efficiency of military vehicles, for assuring the quality of storage and allotment. We design allocation management system of vehicles for military warehouse.Nowadays, our army still uses the old mode of logistics support:joint logistics support, and from top to bottom. Namely, the general logistics department wholly leads and allocates military goods, equipments to military area units. Then, the logistics department of military area plan as a whole to allocate to junior group army or division unit. Finally, relevant departments in the division unit allocate goods to junior brigade, regiment, etc. This mode is outdated, but it has many strong points, such as planning comprehensively, clear relationship between supplies and demands. So it is still used by our army today, and most of foreign armies also are using this mode. In this text, involved military vehicles and relational accessory parts belong to military special equipment, so it requires more using this mode. However, when vehicles and accessory parts are progressively transferred, because of too much links, such as applying examination and approval procedures from higher-level units, applying allocation from higher-level units, receiving bill and granting in the warehouse, sorting and counting stock, checking and accepting, etc. they are easy to cause delays and human errors. These errors can’t meet the general line and the general requirements of army, which require building in quality and strengthening by relying on science and technology.To improve the status of "connection but no fluency", according to persons and links in the accrual operation process of allocation, this system designs and classifies the following links, and make them come true:how to make concerned persons clearly, all-around master concerned stock, information of mission; how to make operational persons efficiently, quickly operate and work in his purview; and how does superior department check enforcing and accomplishing of orders.In this paper, allocation management system of military vehicles is wholly designed by C/S framework. Using integration development language C#of Net Framework (2005) as main development tool, and using advanced three layer technology framework, this system realizes that, it can collocate all terms of function module flexibly. Based on rights management of roles, this system can assemble arbitrarily as need. This system includes five main parts:system management, unit management of using vehicle, warehouse management, allocation of management into warehouse, allocation of management out warehouse. Finally this system realizes to manage units, who are using vehicle, allocation of vehicles into warehouse, and stock information.
