In modern society, with various advanced techniques and instruments used widely, people need to analyze and process amounts of data derived from scientific research and production. More often, a vast amount of information is left intact or missing for it cannot be understood, and therefore people are trapped in the fact of "rich data but poor knowledge". Data cannot be processed in time, thereby providing data redundancy and increasing system maintenance cost and difficulty, so as to strongly influence working efficiency and severely hinder scientific research and engineering development.As the most effective means to explain data in a large amount, visualization technology is first adopted in science and engineering computation. Through visualization, data are converted to graphics, providing people with deep and unexpected insights so as to essentially change scientists’research methods in many fields. Therefore, with visualization technology, complex data can be displayed in real time in the form of graphics or images, so that people can gain insights of data more directly, thereby providing a whole-new platform for data exchange so as to process data timely and accurately. Hence, both data availability and working efficiency are improved greatlyIn this thesis, the research background of the visualization of network device performance is first introduced, as well as the current research situation of visualization technology both home and abroad; the basics of network devices, data mining and visualization technology are simply presented, and then, we can get a detailed explanation of Linux network management, data acquisition, visualization technology knowledge, and the processing of data from network devices of a tobacco company by visualization technology for its characteristics and needs; according to the network congestion in the process of data mining, because of the mass data caused by constantly updating of database when we use Jrobin to realize data visualization, the duplication and redundancy of data is unavoidable which will make it hard to realize the visualization; therefore, according to the researches on frequent mode algorithm, we use improved Apriori algorithm to process the data, and then use Jrobin to realize the visualization; finally, with actual cases, it details the actual application of visualization technology.
