The Internet information age, the audience access to information more and moredependent on the network. In this background, the network news features as a mode torelease information like an “Container” has become increasingly widespread, especiallyin major incidents reported. The21st century, human society has entered the frequentincidents of unexpected events,and more of them always have a strong randomness,the incident occurred and development is also subject to uncertainty, these events willsocial stability and public life, lives and property of a great deal of negative impact. It isbecause of this, the incident amount of information contained in the audience concernedabout the degree of influence factors is not a single information broadcast in the form canmanage at this time news feature full bloom.The reality, to start from the network news coverage, Sina feature to3.11earthquakein Japan as an example to explore the performance of the network news topic in majoremergencies.There are four parts in this paper:The first part is the introduction part.
