From "news Propaganda" To "subject Construction"

With the development of new media technology, public information release is facing new media ecological environment. Based on the multi-perspective of journalism, communications, political science and information science this study summarized previous studies and the proposed the definition of "public information" In order to achieve the exploratory study of government public information, this study made Political Communication and Agenda-setting theory as a starting point of research exploration. Based on theoretical considerations, the research pointed to the content, channels and effects of government public information. This study used content analysis, secondary data analysis and case studies as research method.This study conducted a systematic analysis of government public information and pointed out the problems in this dissemination process. By the results of exploratory research, this article made the following recommendations for the problems: dissemination of government public information activities should be "Theme Structure" not "Propaganda"...
