The Design And Implementation Of Changning District Science And Technology Comprehensive Information Management System

Changning District works actively to deepen digital Changning. With innovation driving and transformation developing as its guide, it improves science and technology innovation ability and comprehensive competition of the District. Furthermore, this provides obvious economic development effect. To further deepen science and technology progress positive promotion effect to economy and society, we design a project to develop a science and technology advancing comprehensive information management system.The main functions of this system include basic data management, evaluation criteria management, data evaluation analysis, general evaluation sorting, counting and enquiry function and data import and export function which relate to science and technology progress. First, this paper summarizes related developing background. Then, according to users demand, it gives detailed system description and analysis to the main software functions, and gives user case modules as the basis of further software design and programming implementation. On the basis of demand analysis, the paper discusses corresponding software design, including software function structure, database internal data table structure, evaluation criteria and basic data management function design, counting and inquiry function design and data reporting interface design, etc. In the end, it briefly discusses the implementation and test of the main programming and summarizes the whole article.This system is implemented by client/server model, and its main functions already passed the test. It provides powerful support for the high efficient management of science and technology advancing information and the related data.
