Along with the economic globalization deep going progress and the increasing competition from domestic and international market, domestic enterprise will face multinational companies'pressure directly at the technique, management, human resource etc. In a situation like this, successful enterprise should make its management more efficiency, and be more sensitive to the market, and well handle the value-added factors, such as cost, technology etc. With the support of information-based technology, enterprise can get the market information at first time and adjust the management process in time. Decision support system, equipped with advance principle and great practice value, is extensively used by domestic enterprise.Based on theories of Decision Support System and synthesize the technique method of the software engineering, the thesis focus on the research how to raise management efficiency for Motorola production. The thesis amply elaborated that the Motorola develop and implement the Decision Support System according to method of the software engineering.With the improvement in responding time and human interface and artificial intelligence, the system has brought a great improvement in waste avoiding and raised the management efficiency synthetically. The system also shortened the time to make decision, and avoid economic losing caused by making policy error, mistake result etc.The thesis provides a sample for other same manufacturing enterprise reference in Decision Support System activity. At the same time, it also has high reference and certain instruction meaning to the domestic enterprise of implement Decision Support System.
