Along with the rapid development of electronic technology, the application of pneumatic technology has been expanded rapidly. Most of the advanced pneumatic manufacturing enterprises have electronic components, such as servo motors, stepper motors and theirs controller, and so on. The pneumatic technology has already developed into an technology integrated with mechanical, electrical, communication and vacuum, which is not limited to pneumatic products associated with compressed air.After analyzing the small pneumatic experimental systems, the management scheme which being field layer--network monitoring layer--management layer has been lay down. The configuration software technology, the communication technology of touch screen and field bus technology have been used to realize the state data collection and distributed monitoring of the fundamental equipments, and so the field management and monitoring of the experimental systems could be completed. By interviewing the MCGS OPC server, the remote data monitoring of the spot has been accessed, and the data between heterogeneous data base could be communicated. Finally, two different solutions to the remote video monitoring by wireless communication technology have been discussed in this thesis.By utilizing network technology, not only the laboratory management can be improved, but also the network management and control environment can be provided to students. The content studied in this thesis can also used as references for the manufacturing enterprises to improve its network management.
