Compared with the traditional oil lubrication and grease lubrication, the have many advantages, such as high efficiency, environmental protection, energy saving. Nowadays, as a new techonology, the oil-air lubrication is still at the promotion step in our country. The development of monitor system of the oil-air lubrication for different application case is one of the subjects to be solved urgently.The lubrication effect, the construction, the working process and the control requirements of the oil-air lubrication system have been analyzed in detail by referencing the exiting engineering application in the world. Then a new electrical control system of oil-air lubrication system is developed, which is with independent intellectual property rights and meets the requirements of the domestic industry. The main reseach work and conclusions in this thesis are as follows,(1) The host-slave computers’architecture is used, Siemens S7-200PLC is choosed as the lower computer of the system, and the ladder diagram is programed by STEP7-MICR0WIN.(2) For working conditions that lubrication points are less, the Smart700touch screen is choosen as the host computer, the man-machine interface is programed by WinCC flexible.(3) For working condition that lubrication points are more, PC is choosen as the host computer and the man-machine interface is programed by VC++6.0. Some instructions of the PPI protocol are analyzed firstly, and then some useful communication formats are proposed.(4) An improved scheme based on ZigBee wireless network technology is put forward to figure out some problems,such as wiring difficulty, high cost, maintenance difficulty, of traditional distributed oil-air lubrication monitoring system. The satellite monitoring divisions are adopted in the scheme; each partition is composed of a routing node and multiple terminal nodes. Both reliability and economy of the network structure are used, and the star topology is used among the internal partitions. The system is convenient to fault diagnosis and maintenance, and has a good scalability and compatibility; the influences among partitions are small. An authentication system is built by the CC2530, S7-224xp, oil-air lubricating station and roller-test bench, the experiments about the feasibility, reliability, and troubleshooting of the system are carried on. Results show that the engineering requirements to the monitoring system of the distributed oil-air lubrication are fulfilled in the scheme.(5) The key parameters, such as the fuel supply, the gas supply and the lubrication cycle of the oil-air lubrication prototype are calculated, and the experiment is carried on. The result shows that the prototype meets the needs of practical engineering lubrication basically.
