Lubrication can efficiently reduce abrasion and wear, then greatly change theIndustrial manufacture.There are many lubrication systems recently.But oil-ail lubrication system is the best in lubrication domain ,because of its excellent performance.Nozzle is one of the key part in the system,so it is necessary to be studied it.The article has studied the nozzle of the oil-air lubrication system. And the numerical model is founded.Then it gets the design matrix based on axiomatic design.It also deeply studies the effect that the main parameters of the nozzle throws on the lubricating function.The main content is as follows:1) Researching the mechanism of oil-air lubrication film based on the existence information.And expoungding somethings about the lubric- ating system's apply on the engineering.When the method is used on the high speed bearing,the depth of the film has been gained and it is thicker 26% than the single phase lubrication.2) Introducing the basic concept of oil-air double phase flow hydrome- chanics.It has got that the flow type in the system is annularitic flow deduced from the mechanism that oil-air lubrication form.3) Using the axiomatic design and data on the design of oil-air lubricating nozzle,it gains the function requirements and the design parameter and educes the design matrix.Then some parameters are known.It discusses the effect that those parameters throw to the design parameters.4)Introducing the basic theory about finite element method (fem) and obtaining the numerical function of the flow through the nozzle.Different parameters are analysed used the ANSYS(a general commercial soft):diameter,the ratio of length to diameter and contracting angle all have effect on the flow.The paper founds the numerical relationship function by mathematics soft.The numerical result is similar to the axiomatic design .Then the axiomatic design is proved right.
