With the development of the economical society and people’s living standard to improve,the network is becoming more common.IP bearer network as the form of the operators to build a network based on IP technology, mainly used to assume the higher transmission quality of the business.IP bearer network with the fast label switching to achieve the fast exchange of the next generation network.With the appearance of3G services,and requirement of NGN (Next Generation Network) and enterprise VPN, IP bearer network take more and more attention by people.Due to the flexibility and reliability of its technology,making it become the network technology of Chinese major operators.Because its advantageous and more and more people use it.making to manage IP bearer network has become a difficult task.IP bearer network management is built based on the traditional network management thinking now,it does not play the soft exchange large quantities of network data acquisition possible features.Traditional network management faced many problems, such as it can not achieve real-time monitoring of the network based on business, there is no prediction mechanism in the traditional network.This project is the system which can provide network prediction and alarm whit the design of a real-time monitoring of network performance to face these issues,this is the way to achieve true optimization of networkIP bearer network management and optimization system to provide such a mechanism,when operators use this system, you can predict network faults that may occur in a timely manner in the event of an alarm before the timely processing,optimize network.lt also allows the staff via a large number of history alarm data to analyze the network status,configuration and optimization of the network better improve on this basis.The project through advanced technology and software engineering ideas to achieve real-time monitoring of IP bearer network,according to the business situation, to find a better solution for network operation and maintenance.Performance prediction is an important part of this system, it can use historical data to predict the general trend of network performance indicators in the next few hours or even a few days, so that network administrators can capitalize on this trend, and thus troubleshooting in advance.In this paper, the formation of train of thought is as follows:in the existing projects, on the basis of the research background and significance, through the full and detailed investigation and research, summed up the traditional network optimization consistency issues faced in the present management system, to clarify the project meet the target of the research needs and expectations. In theoretical level, through in-depth study of the Fuzzy statistical concepts theory and stochastic time series model, we combine the Fuzzy and ARIMA model to build the network key parameter prediction model, and use Matlab and Eviews toolbox to realize the corresponding algorithm. Through preprocessing phase after data acquisition add median filter technology, to improve the efficiency of prediction. Finally was designed and implemented based on the Fuzzy-ARIMA predictive model of IP bearing network optimization network management system.Finally, making some conclusions and making prospect for IP bearer network performance optimization.
