With the rapid development of communication technology and the enrichment of telecom business, the phenomenons of higher cost in traditional voice telephone network construction and maintenance appearing increasingly, cannot satisfy the basic requirement of the current enterprise in the aspect of increase income lower spending. Therefore, with Soft Switch as the core of the next generation network construction can effectively cope with this problem. Compared with the traditional voice telephone network, via IP packet network transmit voice business has advantages of higher bandwidth utilization, low transport cost as well as also can guarantee good quality of voice communication. Meantime, in the aspect of application, the openness of the business, in the aspect of the bearing capacity of multimedia business, in the aspect of network construction and maintenance cost of investment has great advantages and potential.The thesis, taking a large coal enterprise in Henan province as an example, on the basis of the Softswitch system in the enterprise construction project, the construction of the IP bearer backbone network for voice has designed and implemented by analysis. This thesis from the specific application and engineering practice, mainly for the following research:This thesis has introduced the background and significance of the subject research and has summarized the related concepts of technologies and equipments of the IP bearing network and soft exchange.On the necessity of the construction of IP bearing network are expounded from the trend of the industry, the enterprise needs, the disadvantages of traditional fixed-line, planned the construction goal and analyzed the network performance indicators and equipment needs. Under the condition of the premise, the mouth of the centralized flat type network structure was designed and the Softswitch core equipment double lines connected to the bearing network backbone.Reference for application of mature technology on the market at present, VRRP +STP technology and IRF2 virtualization technology are discussed from the aspects of working mechanism, application, characteristics in this paper. Through the analysis, IRF2 technology is characterized by simple configuration, faster convergence speed and higher reliability and is more suitable for the bearing network construction than that of VRRP + STP technology.Based on equipment selection principles, combined with the actual demand, chose the H3C S7506E device as bearing network backbone switches.The hardware and software of the bearer network is deployed, the results are excellent as well as meet the needs of running.Introduction to the concept of the SIP protocol, system components, etc., this paper expounds the SIP to the benefits of enterprise, to provide effective communication between different personnel and place and reduce operating costs. Deploy the small IP CallCenter make the office management more shortcut and the service quality more perfect.
