With the rapid development of the Internet,the requirement for IP bearer network,which is at the bottom and plays the basic role of bearer,is constantly increasing.Building a communication network with low delay,low jitter,faster and more stable has become an indispensable link to support Internet enterprises and promote economic development.The project management in the construction of IP bearer network has become a key link in the construction of high-quality IP bearer network.Solving all kinds of problems in project management and further improving management level are of great practical significance for improving the quality of IP bearer network construction and promoting economic development.This paper takes the project management of IP bearer network as the research content,combines the project management status at home and abroad and the characteristics of project management,and makes a systematic overview.On this basis,the project and organization of IP bearer network project are firstly analyzed,and then discussed from three aspects: quality management,cost management and schedule management.According to the project characteristics of IP bearer network,AHP-FCE is selected as the comprehensive evaluation method.Nine indicators,including project approval,design review,construction supervision,cost budget,cost accounting,cost assessment,activity allocation,schedule control and deviation correction,are selected to construct the evaluation index system.Then,the judgment matrix is established,and the relative weights of each index are obtained by programming with MATLAB,and the single ranking,total ranking and consistency checking are carried out.Finally,the evaluation factor set,comment set and membership function are established,and the single factor fuzzy evaluation matrix and the overall fuzzy evaluation matrix are obtained.Combined with the weight obtained before,the composite calculation is carried out,and the final project evaluation results are obtained according to the principle of maximum membership degree.Based on the analysis of the evaluation results,some optimization suggestions are put forward for the better and medium index items of the evaluation results.In this paper,project management theory is applied to the network engineering construction of radio and television industry.With the help of MATLAB software,the effect of project management is evaluated comprehensively.Through the evaluation results,optimization suggestions are put forward,and suggestions are given for similar engineering construction in the future.
