Since the nineteen eighties, teacher education research has become a hotissue at all countries in the world. With the rapid development of advanced technology,a realistic basis was provided for large-scale, high level and high benefited teacherstraining by education informationization. Teaching video case, as a real class image,the true representation of the complex teaching events, was recognized by teachersand educational researchers with its unique advantages. The development ofmultimedia network let many scholars began to use video website to promote theprofessional development of teachers.With the factors of influencing the effect of classroom teaching as a startingpoint, the theory of teacher professional development as the guidance, combined withthe results of the present study cases of classroom teaching and classroom teachingcase analysis, on the basis of the former analysis on the integration, combiningqualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, a new design of the multiple dimension analysis quantitative: classroom teaching case analysis of behavior, teaching strategiesanalysis, Bloom cognitive goals analysis, educational technology analysis, the timeteachers and students spend analysis.Then, with the guidance of groups learning theory, comprehensive analysethe characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the existing video website andexperimental study,and with the basis of system design method, starting from thesupport of teachers’ reflection and scientific research, designed and implemented thesupporting system of teachers’ professional development based on multivariateanalysis of video case, identified the basic functions of the system: sharing andexchanging. The system adopts B/S model, developed by JSP, Java presuppositionand the integration of technology. Finally, as an example, classroom teaching "It’sgoing to rain" are put forward to verify the feasibility and correctness of thedimension, and testing、improve and perfect the system.
