In recent years, wireless networks technology is highly developed, which breaches the localization of wire networks, and brings much convenience for information communication momentarily and everywhere. The on-time data collection and sensor networks, as the most important things in remote monitoring system, have changed sharply , and the complicated line overpassed can be replaced by efficient and roboticized wireless sensor networks.Therefore, with the development of sensor technology and communication technology, the wireless sensor networks technology has received more and more attention because of it's universal application. With the advancement of technology on micro-manufacture , wireless communication and batteries , it's possible to produce wireless sensor with low cost and low consumption in large scale. These micro-wireless sensors have the capacity of data collection, wireless communication and information handling at the same time. The wireless sensor network is a kind of network that is formed by collecting many wireless sensor nodes that are disposed in a special area. The wireless sensor nodes are organized efficiently, stably and exactly by special agreements, so as to accomplish a task together. Wireless sensor networks are uesed to carry out some work, such as real time monitoring on external environment and roboticized data collection in large scale. The traits of wireless sensor networks include rapidly established , conveniently deployed , difficult to be restricted by the target environment ,so the wireless sensor networks are quite fit for the areas where lack of power supply and people can't reach at easily (such as the area with bad environment, the position of the enemy), and they also can be used on military reconnaissance , environmental monitoring, medical custody , space exploration, city transportation management, storage management, the foreground of the application of the wireless sensor networks is very extensive.By plenty of studying and based on the monitoring and diagnosis practice of a large blast apparatus in the iron and steel company in Wuhan, this paper puts forward a equipment monitoring scheme based on wireless sensor networks of RF, and deep studied the key technology, system framework and function implement ofeach parts relating to remote monitoring and diagnosis. The main study work of this paper is as follow:1. Introduce the actuality and development trend of equipment state monitoring and diagnosis, based on which expounded the implement pattern and system framework of remote monitoring and diagnosis.2. Classfy the wireless networks firstly, then put forward the main form of wireless sensor networks and the whole structure for the system, and describe the function of all parts in the system.3. Design the ideas of wireless data transmission by using Configuration hardware, which must satisfy the need of communicated quality, communicated distance, conveniently organized, withstanding interfere, easily managed, easily controlled and low consumed.4. Design the ideas of wireless data transmission by using Configuration software.5. Introduce the architecture of wireless sensor networks, and the application network which is established by the explored wireless data communication module, so as to realize the wireless data collection by sensor networks.Based on all of the summary and conclusions of my research work, some suggestions and prospect for further researching is put forward in the end.
